Main features of servo hydraulic press:
1) The machine body adopts the traditional bow structure, which is similar to the traditional mechanical punch. It has simple and compact structure, small floor area and convenient operation.
2) The main oil cylinder is a piston type oil cylinder, which is equipped with a fast oil cylinder to realize high-speed lowering and slow pressure action. Improve productivity.
3) The oil cylinder is of upper cylinder type. When the stamping slider works, it is pressed from top to bottom, the lower die is still, and the upper die is pressed.
4) The upper part of the fuselage is equipped with precision positioning device, mechanical dead position limit and servo adjustment device.
5) The precision positioning device is driven by a servo motor. The positioning accuracy is 0.01mm.
6) The electrical system adopts PLC+servo system+touch screen+proportional drive, and cooperates with the proportional hydraulic system to give instructions according to the process requirements to complete the process cycle of the whole machine.
7) The friendly human-computer interface can access 200 groups of parameter programs at will.
8) The position is located by electronic ruler, and the stroke position can be set arbitrarily. Mechanical dead position is adopted for high positioning, with positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm in theory and 0.01-0.02mm in practice.
9) The pressure is detected by the pressure sensor, and the machine pressure can be set arbitrarily.
10) The moving worktable automatically feeds materials.

For pressure and extension testing systems. Imprinting, forming, shallow drawing, shaping of metal or non-metallic parts and pressing of pressed glass and hardware products.
